How Can severe Pain And Pressure In The Legs Be Treated?

There are two fairly steep hills in my yard that require mowing. Last year was my first year in many years to mow. I walked along the hills on the inside of both my feet, most of the pressure on my left leg. I noticed aching and pain, but always iced it down. This helped. This winter, though, my legs (especially my left) really started aching and sometimes painful. The pain is on the inside at the knee down to my ankle. I am concerned about maybe a blood clot. I am a 64 year old woman, in really good health, no medications.

Hi, if it was deep vein thrombosis, the leg would be warm and swollen.
If it was an arterial block you would have sudden difficulty in walking.
I think it is more likely muscle strain because of steep incline mowing--regards
